Cancellations and Returns

Exchange: At Wajood, all outfits are made to order and we offer no exchange nor refund for customized items. However, items of the same design can be exchanged for a different size (depending on the availability) and exchange will be possible for any defected or incorrect items sent to the customer from our end. Exchange will be done only within 14 days of the order reaching the customer and goods sent back must be unused/undamaged with all tags intact.

Return: There will be no return on items, all orders are final and non-refundable.

Refund: There will no refund either; please refer to our exchange policy for further details. Exchange will only be legible for goods of higher value or the same.


Upon order placement, you will get a call from our customer care to confirm your order. If you change your mind about your order or place an incorrect order, you can request a cancellation within 48 hours of the order placement. To request for an order cancellation please email us the order # with product name, original proof of purchase receipt and issue at info@wajoodbrides.com and our customer care agent will get in contact with you.
