You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed.

You can click the "order status" section in your account.

We try our best to ensure that the order is created exactly as it was placed. If an order is incorrect or flawed, we will take full responsibility for it. Please contact our customer support with a picture of the flaw/item and our team will investigate the matter. Once your exchange is approved we will re-ship the order to you whether you’re a local or international customer.

Delivery timelines differ according to the outfit but orders will generally take 3-4 weeks to be delivered. We try our best to ship orders out within given timelines. Unforeseen circumstances can cause delays and you will be informed by our team if such a situation arises. Shipping is done through a third party service and we do not take responsibility for any delays or damages caused by them. We use a very reliable and well known service so, again, such occurrences are extremely rare.

You can use bank transfer/western union or credit/debit cards.

You might have to pay custom duties depending on where your order is arriving and will have to be paid at the time of arrival.
